01Can we keep our existing site?
The Booking Engine can embed as a widget. Conversion gain is ~30% below a full refresh, but the brand work runs in the background. After month 6 most operators decide on a full refresh.
02We have a brand kit — will it be redone?
No — we baseline your existing kit. Selin audits consistency and recommends a refresh if needed. For a typical boutique it's repair work, not a rebuild.
03Do A/B tests run on the live site?
Yes, on production traffic, 50/50 split. 95% statistical significance. Positive result rolls out, negative reverts. Monthly review at BR.
04Are photoshoots and video fees included?
No — Brand & Web Consultancy plans and briefs, then brokers our Türkiye photo network. New shoots are a separate budget (€3,500–€8,000 typical).
