01 · Pricing model
01Why is the software free with a Desk?
Because the Desk pays for it. The net revenue lift a Revenue Desk engagement creates pays back the retainer many times over before software cost is even a line item. Free software is the rational outcome of the consultancy economics, not a marketing tactic.
02How is the outcome bonus calculated?
First month sets baseline (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, OTA share — depends on the Desk). Each month-end, performance is measured vs baseline; bonus is a share of the uplift. Exact percentage and formula are quoted in the discovery call and in the contract.
03Why does software-only Channel Manager have a cost?
Channel Manager standalone is €3/room/month. Without a Desk it's fully priced. With a Distribution Desk, software is included.
02 · Plans & commitment
01Can I start with software-only and add a Desk later?
Yes, anytime. Software-only customers start on the software cost; when they add a Desk the software becomes free, and the difference is netted against the Desk retainer.
02Is there a minimum commitment?
Software-only: monthly with no commitment. With-Desk: minimum 6 months (1 season for seasonal hotels). Annual and 3-year commitment discounts available; rates quoted in the discovery call.
03Do you offer payment plans for chains?
Yes — quarterly or semi-annual billing for chains with 6+ properties. Multi-property discounts apply to the retainer.
04Is there a trial or pilot period?
Discovery call is free; after, you can request a 30-day pilot (refundable retainer). If you don't continue, software access closes and the retainer is refunded.

01What happens if I cancel the Desk? Do I lose access to the software?
You can cancel the Desk and keep the software at standalone pricing. Your data, settings, and integrations are preserved. Migration completes in 30 days.
02Is VAT included?
No — listed prices are net. 18% VAT applies to Türkiye hotels (B2B invoice). EU customers under VAT MOSS reverse-charge.
03Can I choose currency?
EUR is default. TRY billing available (at TCMB effective rate). USD and GBP for specific regions.
